        The only downside is the lack of choice of frames in store, however you can only have so many in such a small space anyway! BUT they will order some in from the online store for you if you ask so.. that solves that problem really. Every single time I go in there the staff are so so friendly and Im made to feel very welcome. They are extremely helpful and patient! You dont feel like youre being rushed to try and find a frame that you like, which is always nice!

        Have been here three times now. Firstly they pulled up my sons file without confirming any details with him despite calling him by the wrong name, a violation of GDPR. Also we have found them to be locked at linch time even when there have been three or four team members present. No sign on the door and left standing in the rain while they told me to wait until they had finished. Not impressed
