        Came in to collect an eBay purchase as I live locally. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the whole process from start to finish was plain sailing. My train was a Hornby Class 142 in Northern and was immaculate and worked perfectly. The shop is absolutely stocked from floor to ceiling of model trains in various gauges making it ideal for any collector. I live about an hour away but will definitely pop in again for anything else model railways!

        First time purchase from Simon's Trains. Loco was much cheaper than elsewhere, I phoned to check if in stock and had a great helpful conversation. Went ahead and ordered on line, when I found that postage was free. Received confirmation and later same day was emailed to advise item was posted. Received the loco the next day, well and securely packag.ed. Great service, will use again
