Disabled and couldn't get an emergency prescription for over 24 hrs. This medication is needed to reduce size of heart. Staff are lovely and hard working but where are the dr's ????

After completing 111 online it advised to see GP. Phoned & was put on a list for call back that afternoon. A text link was sent enabling me to send photos of my injury. Received a call from a nurse who was very helpful & thorough & advised me to go to Launceston or Stratton minor injuries unit. Online live waiting times helped me decide on Launceston, where they diagnosed a fracture which was one of the possibilities suggested by the nurse at Holsworthy. Excellent service from start to finish

Telephoned the surgery at 2.30 this afternoon saying my mother had a brachytherapy op 6days ago but she's having difficulty breathing and when she lays down she feels apshe can't breathe and is chocking the receptionist said she would put us down foe an emergency call 4hrs later and nothing now the surgery is closed its about time these people started treating patients has humans or perhaps we should phone the vets instead blo*** frustrating

Eventually got through to the Health Center managed to get a telephone appointment for 2 weeks time. Got the call from the Doctor who said o needed to come in and that someone would call me to arrange No one has called in the subsequent 5days. Cannot get through to chase as they are not taking calls. The speed at which our health center's service has gone downhill is astounding
