Penroses Dental Practice J N Chope & Associates

Refused to see me when I turned up to a private emergency appointment just now with my children in tow (explained I had to pick them up when I booked the appointment that morning). Dentist took one look at them and refused to see me, no explanation. Nothing! Was in pain with an infection hence the emergency appointment, very poor service. Do not recommend!

Wonderful practice with lovely staff . I was particularly impressed with how accommodating they were to my financial limitations. Highly recommend .

Wonderful staff who went over & above to help my 84 year old dad with very little hearing & bad sight, even though he wasnt registered & not seen a dentist since 1968! Denise on reception in particular, thank you . The only human with a heart that I spoke to out of several local dentists. NHS 111 were uncontactable, no help, & hed been suffering over a week. Unable to take painkillers due to blood thinning meds. Fantastic old fashioned courteous service who could teach many other practices a thing or two. Thank you again.

Schocking service, The senior dentist i was treated by fitted at temporary filling in November 2020 it is now May 2021 , I contacted the surgery every month to ask if a perment filling could be fitted, each time the answer was, he did not want to do it yet which I accepted . I last phoned the surgery two months ago again the answer was the same. The receptionist was very off as if i was being a nuisence, since then I have not recevied any communication what so ever. I have since been to a wonderfull dentist who said the temporary filling did not need to of been left so long and fitted and new permenent filling for me . I found the whole thing to be an extremely dissapointing and costley experience at penroses and would certainly not recommend them.

Thank you for yesterdays visit and the referral to a specialist! I recommend this practise all staff friendly and helpful all precautions in place due to the pandemic.
