Excellent service. Fast ('ish) delay due to difficulty in getting hold of parts, not BRC's fault, fairly priced. Work area kept clean and tidy. On completion left clean and tidy. Engineer/technician was friendly, polite and turned up on time. Would use again if necessary.

Jack from BRC attended my property to diagnose a problem with my gas boiler which was shutting down due to low pressure. After a while and through a methodical process of elimination on the system the fault was traced to a small leak in the boiler main heat exchanger. The fault could not be rectified without spare parts although the boiler can still be used with manual filling to regain the pressure. What really impressed me though was the honesty displayed when it came to getting the problem fixed. - Whilst BRC could obtain the parts and do the repair, Jack informed me that it would probably be much less expensive for me to get the job done by the manufacturer and he initiated this process on my behalf. As it turns out he was absolutely correct and the fixed quote from the manufacturer was about half of the cost to me when compared to what BRC would have to charge to get the job done. It is good to know that there are companies out there who genuinely offer the best advice even if it is not always to their benefit. I will certainly continue to use BRC for routine servicing and maintenance, etc and for any other heating and plumbing jobs that may arise. Service: Plumbing leak detection
