        From the moment I booked accommodation at Higher Soldon, the owners could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful, even to the point of giving us a lift to and from the local pub where we were attending a wake when we couldnt find a taxi available. The accommodation was impeccable - clean and tidy - beautiful crisp clean linen and towels and the beds were the most comfortable Ive ever slept in. At breakfast time, we were offered anything we wanted so took full advantage of the full English breakfast which was delicious! Thank you to our wonderful friendly hosts at Higher Soldon. You really made a slightly sad 24 hours for us really very much better. I can not recommend this Bed and Breakfast highly enough.
