One of my favourite places on Dartmoor to visit. They do charge for parking now...2 all day so not much. Lovely walks along the river and through woodland.

Stopped here to have a little walk around. Was greeted by several "wheely" bins overflowed with rubbish along with loads of other rubbish bags strewn around the ground. Not a great greeting for people wanting to stop here. Moved on to somewhere a little more welcoming.

A good size car park, it was empty when I was there, but I can imagine it would get full in the summer months. 2 for all day parking. This was a great place to start walking, there was a few different paths to take. This was a beautiful area with a lot of water and places to stop off at for a picnic. I would say it is a good place for families and children.
