What an amazing day! Amy's retreat was fantastic. She really takes care with the content & flow of the whole day. So warm and welcoming, getting the balance between meditation & yoga just right. The lunch was yummy & restorative and the sound healing / gong bath to finish the day was absolutely amazing. The sun shone all day on a beautiful setting...don't miss the opportunity to go on the next one... it's a must do! x

Just experienced Amy's yoga retreat - a fabulous day relaxing in the Surrey Hills, amazing venue with beautiful views, delicious lunch and both relaxing and invigorating yoga and meditation sessions. Can't wait for the next one.

Amy - thank you! What a wonderful day. I was completely frazzled from a really busy two weeks at work and this day was magic! It completely set me up for my week's holiday - which I was able to fully enjoy from the first moment. The balance of activities was perfect and the lunch - wow! Could only have been improved by a very large glass of fizz ... and that would not have improved the perfect second half of the day.

A full day retreat with Amy and co was a perfect balance of energetic exercise, calm stillness,and mindful meditation which went so quickly but in a lovely time flies when your having fun way! Cant wait for the next one. Thank you Amy Amazing as always x

Amy is such a great yoga teacher - her classes always feel welcoming, dynamic, positive and fun! I recently attended her Spring retreat which was a brilliant day combining yoga, meditation and really unique session focusing on strength and conditioning which was fascinating! I came away feeling completely rejuvenated.
