Gary was super responsive and friendly on the phone, and willing to squeeze in my extra job because he was coming to the area anyway - no long wait for an appointment! He obviously has bags of experience and took the time to talk me through everything at just the right level, so that I really felt I knew what was going on.

Excellent ! Ive had a nightmare situation with a builder and Gary has been amazing. Ive really been through hell and back , Gray was amazing, polite and very understanding nothing was a problem. Such a lovely person and would recommend to anyone .

Im not the kind to usually leave reviews however I feel like Garys company was incredible with us. We was looking to buy a property that had underpinning work done in the 70s and it needed a structural engineer to confirm if the house was stable as there was cracks on the front of the property. Gary took my call even though he was on holiday in Italy at the time, He was extremely fast to reply to mine and my partners thousands of emails and always there if we needed to call him. Our mortgage lender needed a further email months later and Gary was more than happy to supply this. On his report he highlighted potential issues which we wouldnt have ever thought of and these potential issues had actually happened to the property so its a good job Gary highlighted these or these would have been extremely costly at a later date. I really could not recommend Gary enough!
