Came out, promised an estimate but never contacted me again and despite several of my phone calls, never even did me the courtesy of saying he was not interested. Just cut me off.

Ive had issues with my boiler for over 18 months. Ive had a few quotes from both local and big companies but they werent convincing. I got in contact with MPHS and straight away they knew what the problem was, they made sure by going around the house into my loft and checking exactly what they were dealing with (no other company did this ). Im so happy with the whole team. Polite and very respectful to your home. 100% I would recommend them to my family and friends!

Superb 5 star service from Keith and the team at Millhouses Plumbing and Heating. We knew we wanted a Worcester boiler and Keiths knowledge of the product and helpful can do attitude was impressive from the start. Nothing was too much trouble - Keith even came on the day we moved into our new home to get the old boiler working so we werent without heat. The day after, his team arrived bright and early to fit the new boiler - Matt and Lewis looked after us wonderfully, they were friendly and patient in explaining the new boilers functions carefully. They kept everything clean and tidy and offered extra services to ensure our plumbing (including fixing toilet flush/sink/soil pipe) and heating (removal of gas fires/fitting new boiler) was all working perfectly. We couldnt be happier and would highly recommend the professional and expert service offered by Millhouses Plumbing and Heating - Thankyou so much for looking after us so well.
