        Ordered replacement parts for my stove in April. Still not received. MONEY TAKEN. No reply to repeated phone calls and emails take heed do not buy from this Company!

        My Graphite 8 stove is fine for the price. Kicks out masses of heat even if it doesn't have a fancy flame pattern like a super efficient reburn one. My issue is that after over 3weeks of use, it still gives off an unbearable chemical smell after a couple of hours, (on about the 3rd log), which stinks out the house and necessitates opening all windows until it cools completely. I've emailed the company to ask for advice and had no reply. They don't answer the phone either. I had two different stoves installed on the same day and the other brand smelled for the first couple of fires only. I'd not recommend this in the basis of my experience so far. I will change the review if they contact me and can resolve it because otherwise I'm happy with it.
