Particular shout out to Joanne who is professional, friendly and an asset to the company. Please dont let the poor performance of a courier service reflect on the service and products provided by this firm as they are very quick to resolve any issues. Rare these days. Well done and thanks

I ordered clothes rails plus an extra bracket. I had accidentally ordered a different size bracket to the rails. The person processing my order called me when he noticed and checked did I want the bracket to fit the poles. I did and he was a total life saver - thanks!!!

For the past 7 days l have been trying to return an item to The Shop Fitting Shop that l purchased from Amazon. I have been pulled from pillar to post by both Amazon and the couriers Hermes. I had only been able to speak directly to a person from Amazon twice, and unable to speak to anyone at Hermes other than a robotic machine that could not understand what l was saying. Fortunately l spoke to a knowledgeble, and extremely helpful person at the Shop Fitting Shop who patiently spoke to me on 4 occasions today. Her customer service skills were 2nd to none. She could tell l was upset, but she didn't sound irritated or annoyed and she actually solved the problem for me when Amazon and Hermes couldn't. Unfortunately l forgot to get her name, but l would really like to thank her for her time, patience and professionalism. She was brilliant. She beat Amazon and Hermes customer service officers by a mile. Thanks a million. I really appreciated all your help. Just found her name Joanne Whitmore.
