I cant recommend Rowena enough for the hairstroke eyebrow treatment. Initially I was apprehensive but Rowena carefully mapped the shape to suit exactly how I like to style my eyebrows. The technique she uses looks so natural like real hair and paired with Rowenas perfectionist approach has left my eyebrows looking incredible! Amy: I have had my eyebrows and lash line done by Rowena and they are perfect. I researched for a LONG time before going through with my eyebrows. In every gallery I looked at for other professionals, I would always find a result I didnt like and would worry that would be me. With Permanently Perfect Cosmetics, I loved every image. Thats how I know Rowena was the artist for me. And I was right! My eyebrows are perfect. She then talked me in to lash line enhancement, and I am glad she did. She is a self-confessed perfectionist, which is exactly what you want from someone working on your face! Shes also absolutely lovely. Highly, highly recommend!
