        We are so grateful to Pat and all the staff at the Westbourne, not only for the exemplary way they looked after dad, but also for the help and care they gave us during a very difficult time. Dad had dementia and complex medical needs which were dealt with with dignity and complete professionalism. All the staff were doing a difficult job with kindness and compassion.
