Latham Estates Sales And Lettings

I turned to Latham Estates after trying to sell my house using one of the free online estate agents. Latham Estates did a fantastic job and it does go to show that you get what you pay for. Sarah and the rest of the team there kept in contact all the way through the sale and made it go through as smoothly as possible. They were always there to answer any questions or queries along the way. I would highly recommend Latham Estates and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Watch out for discriminatary selling practices from this agent. Arranged a viewing on a house that had just come to market and was told the first viewings where taking place on a Wednesday. Agent informed me two days before the viewing that it had been sold to another buyer who viewed at the weekend just gone. I am registered with this agent buy apparently they have a process of favouring some buyers over others.

Lathams is the best Estate Agents I have dealt with. They are friendly and helpful, kind and understanding. They treat you like a human being and not like a number. They dont intimidate or judge you and are very fair and caring. I wouldnt hesitate to use Lathams in the future. A lovely and wonderful workforce with excellent communication skills x
