Zenith House Developments Limited

I think 1 star is generous for the distinct lack of care and customer service from Zenith. We reserved our dream home over a year ago with promises of it being built by Christmas 2018. Now, we are reasonable people and understand that there are of course delays with new builds, so when the completion date was pushed back to February this was fine, we arranged for the sale on our home to be completed by then and were really excited. Fast forward to August 2019 and the house isnt even half built - we have been given many completion dates and none of them have been met, the latest one was July 2019 - not met, and having visited the site on numerous occasions there isnt actually anyone there building and we cannot get any answers (or even replies) from anyone within the company (even the MD). I cant begin to describe the stress and anxiety that this is causing us, we have been homeless since February and there is still no end in sight and no communication. I am assured that the quality of the houses is good, however, this was under an old Site Manager who has since left the company. In my opinion I wouldnt purchase from this developer (there are much better out there who have excellent service and lovely homes), unless you like stress, anxiety, lies and being ignored.
