Attended my appointment for a colour (which had been booked for weeks), to be told that they didnt actually have my colour in. Id understand if I was requesting an obscure shade, however Id simply booked a dark brown root tint! Ended up leaving and going elsewhere, and wont be back. Surely youd check these things before a client arrives? What a waste of time.
