Neon Freight go above and beyond what other freight forwarders provide in terms of service levels, capabilities, professionalism, pricing, pride and customer loyalty. Their service is the most professional I've encountered in the industry and their knowledge is second to none. Even when a situation arises where there's no handbook to refer to (COVID-19 being a prime example), the Neon Freight team will work on resolving the issues at hand, even in their own time and for as long as it takes to get the problem sorted. They certainly aren't a 9am-5pm company and will endeavour to provide the best service 24/7. They even offer advice on questions outside of the shipping/forwarding processes and again, if they can't answer it wholeheartedly, they'll take the time to research and come back to you with the answers. Neon Freight are my first choice forwarding company and whenever discussing freight agents with colleagues internally, at conferences Worldwide or whilst networking locally or online, Neon Freight are always at the top of my list and forefront of the conversation surrounding shipping.
