        This branch is to banking what diabetes is to sugar levels, totally pointless, they can wait to get out of the door at closing. Barclays seem to be able to employ individuals who have no concept of customer service and all for minium wages, look forward to this branch closing soon, then they can be at home all day.

        Miserable, disinterested staff, just missed an opportunity to gain a new customer following a second visit in an attempt to open a young persons account for my daughter. "We don't do that here, do it online" was the advice from the snotty woman behind the counter (yet online applications aren't accepted for under 18s!)
