        Sam is an excellent teacher, fun, friendly and very knowledgeable. Lots of classes at different times and venues to suit anyone, great easy app to book sessions. Highly recommended!

        I started classes with Sam precovid and found them really good, but since lockdown and going online they have been even better! Sam does a great range of classes, you can work at your own pace according to age/ability etc with Sam always on hand, whilst leading the class, to help and advise where it's needed. Her positivity and encouragement make the classes so enjoyable, and online videos available at any time are a great extra resource. Highly recommended.
