Terrible unwelcoming service. At the bar we ordered 2 pots of tea plus food then asked "can you make one a coffee instead?", answer was "no, he's already making 'it'. So good customer service sacrificed for the sake of a tea bag. Went to our seats and waited ....and waited. The surly young man who had been 'making' the tea walked by and we said "I thought you were making our teas". He replied "they're on the bar". We said we weren't told that we had to collect them ourselves, do we have to collect our food too". He replied "there's no need to be like that". So we had to go to the bar to collect a tray with our teas which in fact weren't 2 pots of teas but a pot of tea for 2 which is not what we had ordered as we like our tea differently. The food was brought to our table by a different staff member without any issues but the damage had already been done.
