Da Vincis Pizza - Holmfirth

Disgusting ! Arrived 35 mins after being advised it was out for delivery. The order was late anyway, 2 hours from order time. ( I live 5 mins from the shop) food was cold, chips weren't fit to eat and salad had no dressing. Paid for spicy ham on Polo pizza, it wasn't on the pizza. Called up to complain, advised I would get a refund which I was happy with, despite them ruining our evening. Checked account today no refund, taken payment as well. Won't use again and will contact then tomorrow about refund. Will post again with updated information. Don't use delivery service it's rubbish at the weekend.

Until recently this was the place to go but orders taking well over an hour food arriving stone cold items missing on several occasions has thoroughly disappointed me from now on I will drive further to the honley branch where I went for years with no issues

Horrific service, it's obvious that the staff don't want to be there. They got the order wrong, admitted to not reading the order correctly, their response was a sarcastic and condescending "sorry about that".... Then when I attempted to ask what could be done about it the girl on the phone interrupted me by saying "bye" and hung up on me. Disgusting service, will never order again, and word of mouth spreads.
