We used the services of Simon Blyth Estate Agents to sell our house during the autumn of 2022. Their initial advice was sound, neither the highest nor lowest valuation we received, their marketing strategy was clear, and their delivery of service during the 4 months it took to complete the transaction was excellent. Their team in the Holmfirth office were proactive, knowledgeable, available and responsive, and without question were a positive influence upon ensuring the sale actually happened. Disgraceful behaviour. Offer accepted on a property by seller, however Simon Blythe deceptively arranged follow up viewings, then told the vulnerable person with the accepted offer theyd need to increase their original offer - shameful behaviour.
