        I visited Craig with a specific problem, he was fantastic, very knowledgable and explained everything to me. After a couple of sessions and strengthening exercises I am running again after having 8 months off due to pain. Thanks very much excellent outcome.

        Been to see Craig at Elmwood for a number of different ailments over the years and every time, he has been knowledgeable, effective and extremely reasonably priced. Can recommend for general injury, sports-specific, and recovery from breaks. In addition, I also know people who have gone for a whole host of other treatments and have recovered quickly.

        I went to Craig with a long term niggle I just couldn't live with any longer. He was brilliant! I learnt alot about myself in those sessions. His style is open and honest, explainations were clear and often demonstrated. I left with knowledge, excercises and relief! I would highly recommend

        Craig is an amazing physio. He treated an ongoing shoulder issue I have. Extremely experienced and knowledgeable and provided aftercare and advice for exercises I could try at home and ways to reduce the discomfort. I would highly recommend him.

        I have visited Craig on several occasions and what I like most is his really realistic suggestions - he gives you achievable goals and exercises to go away with. His video clips on facebook are really useful too
