Disappointed with communication. Sent two emails and msgs on Instagram, no replies. Left a VM, no reply. Rang again lady answered, I asked if there was an open day or viewing I could come to, she said not at the moment, I asked if they were still doing weddings, she said she didnt know. Frustrating as I spent lots of time looking at the website and getting excited about a potential wedding here as the website states prices etc so looks to be operating as normal. My advice would be give more details, for example we are not doing wedding because of X reason, or we are not taking bookings until X date, otherwise its a frustrating experience for people looking at this venue only to be ignored/ not given any idea of if weddings are taking place or not.

Nicola, Damien and the rest of the team work incredibly hard to ensure every bride, groom and wedding party feel special and we certainly felt special on our big day! Despite it being over 2 years and 2 cancellations after our first meeting, Nicola kept in regular contact and worked alongside our other suppliers to make sure everything went smoothly. She listened to what we wanted and made suggestions to make sure we could have our dream day - she played a huge part in planning our day and we are eternally grateful. I can't compliment or thank the staff enough for making sure everything was perfect - even running out to buy more booze when stocks were running low thanks to our very excitable guests! (To be clear we thankfully never ran out, thanks to the staff! And worth a mention that the bar prices are very reasonable!) As for the venue itself, it was perfect. We had our ceremony in the barn, the caravan bar just outside then moved down to a yurt for our meal and speeches. Later we had a band, then a DJ, in the barn and the staff worked very hard to make sure everything went smoothly and there was no stopping and starting as you get at many weddings. The setting of the venue is absolutely stunning, in the middle of the moors there are plenty of places for beautiful photos. We have memories that will last a lifetime and photos that we cannot stop looking at. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our dream a reality, we love you millions!!
