Had my van serviced plus a general health check great garage went to pick it up and they had given it a wash perfect thanks again guys

Very poor customer service. Quoted me 50 for 4 x tyres both changing and then storing over the phone. The receptionist first told me 60, then changed it to 50 and then made a joke how she hadnt been working there long. I double checked with her that the price included storage within that price which she confirmed it was. When I got there I was then told it was 62 for fitting alone & 52 for storage. They wouldnt even honour the fitting alone for the quoted 50 given they had wasted an hour of my time taking the car there based on their duff quote, only re-iterating that they have never charged that. I made the point that they may not of, but thats how much they told me it would be over the phone to which they didnt care. Further to not caring about wasting my time, they also cant understand why I would feel aggrieved at them quoting one price on the phone and then another price on arrival with the car (as mentioned in their response to this review) They charge you for their time but have no issue at all with wasting yours. They clearly do not recognise this as being important to them. Took the car to M & M motors on the road for them changing at less cost than Turner bros and as Ive always found with them, great customer service.
