Needed to replace my Whale Expanse Water Heater on my Motorhome, told by Whale must get the right one to work with my existing duo controller, most place l contacted said cant get that model its been replaced with a newer type (not true). Just Caravan Parts Sourced the right heater plus it was a very competitive price, ordered on 23rd March received heater May 3rd, most of waiting time was down to Whale supplying the part, in fact Just Caravan Parts received the heater on the 2nd May and it arrived before 1pm on the 3rd. Great service Karen was a delight to deal with, one recent review says; they dont exist as company any more, well l can definitely say; Yes they do. Will not hesitate to use this company again. Thanks for all your help.
