        I purchased a house being sold through this firm and I cannot praise them enough. Claire L kept me informed throughout- which was more than my own solicitor did and I wasnt paying her bill! After the sale went through I needed information from the vendors so had to go through her. She could have declined to assist but didnt. If at some point in the future I sell my house I will place it in their hands.
