As a prospective tenant, I found the Lettings Department at Huddersfield to be incredibly dishonest, rude, lacking empathy and unprofessional. They changed a viewing last minute to a day when I work. I was told if I couldn''t make the new day then it was "tough". It meant nothing that I was the first person to call about the property. The property didn't get tenanted and went back on Rightmove so arranged another viewing. I was told the wrong day so had to rearrange another day. The two people who work there gave contadictory information about the property. Alex said it needed repainting and Lauren said it was in immaculate condition. I applied immediately for the property and received confirmation the same day that the Landord had accepted my application. I was so happy...........until two days later receiving an e mail saying that my application had been declined. I challenged this with Lauren at the office who became very defensive and argued with me. No customer service skills at all and was lied to. Stay away!!!
