Called this morning to see if they were able to fix my sons scooter suitcase.
The lady on the phone was very lovely and polite, told me to call in and see if its something they could do.
As soon as I arrived a very happy smiley gentleman (I didnt get his name sorry) was happy to help.
He talked me through what he would do and managed to get it fixed super quick.
Really happy with the service. Will definitely be going again if I need anything fixing!
