Absolutely 1st class company. Recently had some windows and a staircase made for a property renovation and after shopping around this firm beat its competitors hands down. From product to price to service they cant be faulted. Ill be using them on all future projects without a shadow of a doubt. Highly recommend

Extremely poor customer service, don't bother calling these people, they are rude, disorganised and really really slow. Actually that's not true and it's not "decency" it's your job!! There are other reviews on here commenting on your poor attitude to customers; you make people feel as if you are doing them a favour, as opposed to the other way around. There is no need to become aggressive and irate on the phone to a customer because they simply ask you, when can you come and look at the window! You are unbelievable, and have completely misconstrued my original review to try to sound as if we are mean and don't care about your family and hospital appointment. Incredible that you should use such an excuse.
