After hearing a very loud pop from one of our electrical sockets upstairs, we were very alarmed and worried of the potential risk of a house fire. I phoned Paul, who gave me excellent advice to aid our safety overnight until he could come and look at the job the following morning, which fell on a Sunday. Paul was both professional and reassuring, and his workmanship was excellent! Leaving us with such peace of mind, which is totally priceless. Yes, we had the emergency call out charge, but it was worth every single penny in keeping myself and my family safe. Will most definitely use this company again, and I highly recommend to others. Emergency call out. Buckfastiegh. Devon. Paul came out to us when we lost all power on Sunday night. We tried 5 other companies before we found paul from heritage. Unlike all the other companies, Paul turned up as promised! I would highly recommend heritage.

Emergency call out, no heating! Salcombe. Devon. Paul from heritage came out quickly and had our heating back up and running within an hour. He discovered problems with the original installation which we paid alot of money for. We have booked Paul in to rewire and upgrade all out hot water and underfloor heating control's to a smart system. I highly recommend heritage electrical.
