Coops fine, Cafe is a let down. Seems you have picked the worst most ignorant staff for the job and stuck them all in the cafe! They are rude, ignorant and highly unprofessional. As you walk towards the coffee counter, they will literally turn their back to you and start pretending to do jobs or chat to each other just so they can make you wait a little longer. The youngest girl that works there is the worst, I genuinely don't think she's smart enough to understand what customer service is. There is one lady (not British) who actually does the job well but she's not on often. If I wanted rude service, I would happily pay to go to Karen's Diner. I don't expect similar service in my local supermarket!
