My partner and I attended Rebecca's birth preparation course last weekend. I would highly recommend this two day course to anyone who is wanting to use hypnobirthing techniques while they are in labour. Rebecca is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make sure everyone attending the course was feeling comfortable and that their individual needs and queries were met. The addition of snacks and drinks was also a lovely touch, along with the hypnobirthing workbook and other useful items we were given as part of the course. I would definitely use Rebecca's services again - her professional and balanced approach is just what anyone preparing for labour and birth needs.

We did the in person hypnobirthing weekend course with Rebecca, which was great! We'd really recommend this to others expecting a baby. You learn so much info about hb techniques and birth/what happens in the body etc and how to advocate for yourself andthe birth you want (this was really important to me and my partner and I feel that you just wouldn't get told some of this stuff otherwise.) We feel much more prepared now and excited for baby!

I really enjoyed the weekend with Rebecca. It was easy to book, the content was comprehensive and it's really great to get that extra support as we prepare for our new addition! Already listening to the relaxing recordings and falling asleep to them! Thank Rebecca! Highly recommend

I couldnt recommend Rebecca enough! She came to my house for a 1:1 course on Hypnobirthing and made my partner and I feel at ease. All the information Rebecca taught us on Hypnobirthing has been so helpful and really made me feel like I have correct knowledge and confidence to make my own choices when it comes to my birth. She really opened my eyes and also my partners on things I didnt even know were possible. I now feel confident and ready for when I go into labour. Any questions I had were answered and I am still in contact with her with things that crop up that I need advise on. Please if you are thinking of the Hypnobirthing route get in touch with Rebecca as you wont regret it :)
