        First visit, the service was lovely and personal, and made up for the dingy seating area upstairs and the almost pitch black toilet. The coffee was lovely, the hot chocolate was really just hot milk. The second time we visited, the service was lackadaisical and trying to get information from the waiter about available drinks, cakes and biscuits was painfully difficult. Chocolate milkshake was really a vanilla icecream milkshake - nice, but not at all chocolatey and he didn't know how to make a machiatto. Worse, he kept staring sideways at us in a manner that seemed aggressive and unfriendly and that made us very uneasy. Maybe we got the totally wrong impression of him, but we decided not to return.

      The second time we visited, the service was lackadaisical and trying to get information from the waiter about available drinks, cakes and biscuits was painfully difficult.
