A lovely bed and breakfast. It is very clean, has comfortable beds with 2 pillows per person (not always the case these days) and offers a superb breakfast. This included almost everything from fresh soft fruit, cereals, yogurts, bread and cheese right up to a freshly cooked full English (egg, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, black pudding and fried bread). Breakfast tea was served strong in a large pot with a tea cosy on, as it should be. The decor could be called dated but is in keeping with the house and location. There are many interesting items in the house that prompt conversation with the hosts The hosts are very friendly and accomodating and added to the enjoyment of the stay. The price is reasonable as well. Parking is on the road outside the B&B but we found a space about 20 yards away at midnight on a Saturday.
