        Came in with a few photos references for the style I was after. I showed her the photos, and what she gave me was nothing what I asked for. Im so upset Ive sat crying for hours. This cut has actually destroyed my confidence. I couldnt say I didnt like it in person because I have anxiety. But I cant even sit at home without a hat on. Id be braving this cut for a while (it was a huge chop), and I completely regret it. Not got a cut remotely similar to what I asked for.

        Ive been here on the recommendation of Kirsty. The team are more than welcoming. kirsty is now my hairdresser permanently. Ive had my eyebrows and nails done superbly with Sam, who will come up with ideas when you suggest what youd like! And she will make you you so comfortable and have a laugh too. Ive had a massage with Jordan and wow I can not recommend her enough for a chill out and zone out! No25 are a one stop shop
