Blue Buddha

Ive had sound therapy and reiki from Lisa at Blue Buddha and both treatments are absolutely amazing! The sound therapy is so relaxing and I felt refreshed and revitalised after the sessions. The reiki is wonderful and I definitely felt the benefits from the treatment. It was great that Lisa explained what she felt whilst doing the treatment and explained the meanings of different blockages etc. Lisa is great too, shes really nice and welcoming, if you have any questions shes happy to answer. Definitely recommend!!!

Lisa's sound baths are absolutely fantastic. Not only does she have a great knowledge of sound healing, how it impacts the brain and loads of other theory aspects she's a super skilled multi-instrumentalist. And she has big gongs which are amazing. Prepare to be transported to another dimension Lisa is also a very talented healer who works intuitively to empower and support you in whatever it is you need help with. She is warm, kind and empathetic. I can highly recommend her services.

Lisa is very skilled and professional at what she does (Ive had 2 types of treatments so far) and is very generous with her time. The setting is very peaceful and quiet, which is perfect as I didnt want to use another practitioner, who just rents a room in a noisy location. As a professional hypnotherapist I help lots of clients, but I wanted to someone take care of me and help me feel recharged, which is exactly what Lisa has done. Ive been 4 times now and will keep getting topped up, 5 Stars. Thank you Lisa

I have had a course of Reiki treatment with Lisa that has helped me to relax and has given me inspiration and motivation. Lisa is a lovely lady and you feel calm as soon as you enter the premises, which are perfect for the therapies that Lisa provides.
