        Sophie is absolutely fantastic - highly recommended. I needed a damp and timber survey done and, despite having great difficulty contacting my vendors, Sophie kept a slot open for me and did everything within her power to make it happen! Then, the report came back within a mere couple of days - extremely clear, thorough, detailed, but written in such a way that a layperson can understand. Her report included photos, which is really helpful in a market where there's no time even for second viewings, let alone close inspection of a potential purchase! I'll certainly be seeking Sophie's advice in the future. I feel 100% confident in her recommendations and findings. Thank you so much.
