Nuovo Mulino

Now then, David Eastwood. Maybe we've not been to the same place or you're a competitor or your taste buds died with your good humour......maybe your car was vandalised or perhaps your wife had left you that day??? Whatever! My very discerning family and I thought the Nuovo Mulino pizas were simply excellent. A crispy base with tangy tomato sauce and ample fresh filling. You will perhaps not take kindly to advice, but it would be that you should give them another try when you're not having a Bad Pizza Day!

Very sad to see real Italians selling Bad Pizzas, Bland & tasteless, would be my best description. Their sauce has no real flavour to it, their topping are minimal, no dashing of oregano, the base was not bad, the cheese seems to be tasteless cheap analogue stuff. What a shame. Can get better pizza at most Asian run pizza shops

Truly Awful. We live 5 minutes drive from this take away. We thus decided to try it, so I called them. A matter of seconds into giving them my order the man on the phone shouted Quickly. Quickly at me whilst I wa still talking; it wasnt as though I was ordering slowly. I told him I thought he was being rude, at which point he went off the phone to do something else, coming back on to the phone to state to me Im really busy. I informed this man that I also run my own business and that he would do better not to treat customers like this, He did not apologise and did not appear to take this on board. I decided to continue with my order of a donner kebab and a vegetarian pizza. Despite the menu saying the kebab comes with a generous portion of salad, it came with one sliver of tomato and lettuce, the latter of which was mostly off and inedible. My wife said the vegetables on her pizza were also off. Originating from Manchester I guess we are spoilt as due to competition poor business there does not survive; sadly Holmfirth does not have such competition, but if it did this business would cease to function in a matter of months. Needless to say the menu has gone in the bin and we wont be using them again. If you dont want extremely poor customer service and very poor food I would just avoid this place.
