I have been training with Christian since October 2020 and it was the best thing I ever did, I was at a total loss with my mental health and I hated the way I looked and from day one he has been amazing. I used to hate gym and now I look forward to every session, Im stronger and fitter than I ever thought I could be and am confident in my own skin again. Not only has he helped me loose weight and gain muscle he has made me so much more knowledgeable about nutrition and how to properly fuel my body. He is always there to motivate me and keep me on track and I cannot recommend him enough!

After years of struggling with body image and an unhealthy attitude to food I reached out to Christian after seeing the positive results my sister in law achieved with him. Christian goes above and beyond to understand me and to tailor his approach accordingly. He encourages and challenges me to be honest with myself and to understand that if I work hard I will see results. Since working with Christian my attitude to food and my body has really improved and I now confidently work out on my own - something I never thought Id feel able to do. I would encourage anyone to reach out to Christian; you wont regret it!
