        Avoid at all costs if you want to sell a property! I am in the process of purchasing a property in Chiswick and unfortunately the seller decided to use Switalskis Solicitors besides the various complaints against them. They havent done anything for over 3 weeks now. When the estage agent/ seller chased them they said that this happened because someone left the firm. They didnt even inform my solicitors who kept emailing the wrong person. According to the estate agent the seller has made a complaint and she is considering changing them. However they have already delayed everything for a month! Avoid at all costs!
