Cafe Plus

So been living in Honley past few months and this is my go to cafe. I give it 5 stars in the context of what it is a cafe not a fine dining restaurant. The portion sizes are more than generous, good variety menu, staff amazingly friendly, the prices are cheaper than elsewhere and it's a homemade cooking style. I noticed some reviews saying not cooked well. During holiday season they sometimes have fill in staff maybe that was it, although everything I've had was cooked well. The staff there would definitely not have a problem re serving if any issues. I'm sure of that.

This is a lovely little cafe in Honley village. It is quiet and relaxed and Ian, Gail and the staff are marvellous. My wife and I had a full breakfast. The portion size was just right and it was delicious. The coffee is lovely but the home-made ginger sponge and custard is gorgeous. It was hot and tasty and is highly recommended. I will certainly be revisiting Cafe Plus.

The most beautiful ginger sponge and custard we have ever had. The cafe has a lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere and a lovely young man and woman serving we will be back. As my husband would like to try a different sponge and custard each week lol.
