What a fantastic company they brought the bed I ordered but unfortunately I hadn't given them the correct measurements for the bed I required so they went away ordered a replacement bed and brought it to my home just over a week later, without me incurring any extra charges, so as a thank you I recommended them to one of my neighbours and she also placed an order for a bed.

I can't recommend Sleep matters enough the expertise and knowledge Adam shared with us was second to none which entailed in us getting the most wonderful bed and headboard. The aftercare was also first class thank you so much guys we will be back!

Knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Ordered a mattress, its arrived within a shorter time than expected but they are holding onto it until we move so that we can still have it in its packaging and they will remove our old one. Very helpful and understanding of your situation. Would recommend them.
