It would help if the staff knew what fuel cards they accepted. Then I wouldn't have had to waste 16 gallons during a "fuel crisis" I was told they only accepted the BP card when it turns out they also accepted UK fuels.

I came to the Bp petrol station by motorcycle, it was a few minups after 6 am. The seller was showing something through the window, so I went to the center of the store to ask what was going on. The station staff in an ordering voice say to me, "take off your helmet or I won't sell you petrol!" I asked politely why, what did I do? He repeated the question with the voice of the order, "Take off my helmet! I took out my phone and started recording because I took the helmet off my head and the staff told me that he would not sell me petrol, this situation upset me because he told me to leave the store and stand next to the distributor so that the camera could record me ( my face) I told him I have my helmet off, and inside there are a lot of cameras so where does he see the problem? -I went outside with my phone in hand, waiting for the staff to turn on the petrol dispenser, and the staff still wouldn't turn on. I came back to the store asking why he didn't turn on the distributor? I received an information from the seller that I had a phone in my hand that could have caused a threat! I am very concerned about how I was treated, it was discrimination by store staff (one seller) This young employee of such a large corporation has no science how to talk to the client, he could ask for the "Good morning can you removal of the helmet please ", adding to the information that he must ask for it, because recently there is a high risk of theft of petrol and motorcycle vehicles, so it is only a request in to verify and please do not be nervous, but please be understanding" - this type of information should be given in a very polite manner. It was really very bad treatment, because from the very beginning he had a very negative attitude towards me, and I just wanted to buy gasoline after a hard 6 hour drive to my destination. This young Asian worker should be more open to people, especially when he works as a salesperson. And the manager should put more emphasis on the proper training of this employee.
