        Absolutely great service from initial phone call to picking goods up - 205 mile round trip but well worth it Sue and her staff went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% happy with my bowls I can highly recommend this supplier and would definitely do business there again. - Thankyou!

        I ordered a set of bowls and when they arrived the box was very bashed and battered. I took one bowl from the box and instantly disliked them - yellow emblem and rings on blue and pink bowls. Agreed to send them back for a refund. They gave me a refund less a deduction as they said there was mud in the channels in the bowls and I must have tried them out. I hadn't. Only one bowl was ever out the box and the box never left my house so I can only assume they sent me used bowls under the guise of being new. Have emailed asking them to reconsider but am being ignored. Very disappointing.
