Really want to like this place, but its confused and uninviting. When we rocked up we had to join a queue and because there was no FOH, everyone in the queue was working out who was here for what (tables/booking/collection)so we didnt just jump ahead as we didnt know where we really needed to be. Annoyingly we booked earlier in the day for an 8pm collection, but the person at the desk just said without apology it wont be ready on time. Its frustrating as to book you give them all your contact information such a shame a little text/ email/ call to tell you this We perched at the end of the bar with a drink and on reflection takeout was the best option as everyone sat just looked bored with waiting at tables. The place is in desperate need of more staff, better signage and improved communication- (imagine if you just put in the email order acknowledgment when you get here, head straight to the bar at the far end of the yurt and well get you sorted)or if they cant invest in staff, some technology in place to help with queue v small space - buzzers etc. The pizza is good and deserves to be sought after but this has made the whole place feel arrogant which detracts from the experience; great food needs great service and I think Erics has forgot this.

Saw a reveiw from a while ago saying that this is an insult to pizza and I agree 100%. The tomato sauce base tasted no different from tinned tomatos. The dough had the dreaded soggy bottom. The menu is nutritionally all over the shop with a severe lack of protein options or balance. Green peppers weren't even prepared, instead simply lazily cut in half. A random lime slice came on top of my pizza which was weird and the black mayo is... interesting. Best part of my meal was the pepsi max that came in a can. I removed 1 item from the pizza chosen and added 2 but got charged for the 2... no concession for what's removed but ofcourse very quick to add on costs... pretty scummy desperate behaviour. Overall the place is pretentious, overpriced and just bad. Oh... and everyone can see that you're massaging your ratings since there is a multiple, obvious fake reviews on this page.

Awesome place with food and drink to die for! Who thought Pizza could taste this good?! Step aside Domino's, hello Eric's pizza! A must try if you're in the area

Wow wow wow....This is not just pizza this is something else! The best pizza you will ever have! Never knew pizza could be that good! Everything is fresh and quirky so many different toppings and flavours! The yurt is super cool, not your average pizza place. Even the drinks were superb! Epresso Martini.... yum! Big shout out to Fred what a legend and what a chef! Until next time, we will be back!
