Been to this lady a few times. Great conversation and even better lashes. Always there for advice on care and promotes my choice. Cant recommend this lady enough, reassuringly very experienced and so knowledgeable.

Had brow Lamination done. She contacted me about 2 hours before my appointment trying to move it, explained I was not able to as had another appointments straight after, Was very happy with results but brows shedding and fell out soon after and had bald patches. Told her I had done procedure elsewhere 4 weeks prior, although she had advised not enough time in between treatments, proceeded to complete treatment so assumed as I was in the hands of someone who advertises themselves as a professional, it was ok to continue. She has ignored my last 3 messages. Very unprofessional lady.

I have been getting my lashes done with Louise for nearly a year now and what a fantastic lash tec she is! So professional and her knowledge of her business is outstanding! I have the most thin and fine lashes an every visit they look fantastic I just dont now how she dose it! Highly recommend!

I've been following lash & brow Emporium on Instagram for a while and always loved her work but never got round to using her, one busy mum here! well it was my birthday so i decided to treat myself to some hybrid lash extensions, i messaged louise rather late in the day, as always i leave anything for myself till the very last minute but louise was very accommodating and was able to squeeze me in. She made me feel super comfortable and is very friendly which is always nice, her place is super clean and pretty fancy which adds to the experience i think. A week on from having my extensions and they're still going strong,i followed the advice given to me by louise, i've had lots of lovely comments from people about my lashes and don't hesitate to tell them where i got them done, louise is very professional and amazing at what she does, i would definitely recommend her.
