Having completed the purchase of a Range Rover Velar from Rybrook Trentham, I must say how totally satisfied I am with the entire buying process from the initial telephone enquiry, to the collection of the vehicle from the showroom. Hasib Naseri from the sales team was entirely customer focused throughout and listened to our needs in relation to a specific model. Soon after our initial enquiry and within 30 minutes he had prepared and emailed to me a personalised video presentation of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He also took the time to introduce himself on the video so that we now had a face to go will his voice on the telephone. Once we had decided on the vehicle we wanted to buy, Hasib put the buying and part exchange process in to motion, and kept us fully up to date as the purchasing process proceeded. On collection of the vehicle from the showroom the handover was most efficient with all necessary paper work completed for an excellent transaction. This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle online and while a little apprehensive initially, Hasibs engaging personality and confident, efficiency salesmanship ensured a trouble free buying process.
