I had a very bad and sad experience. I've been there to do some shopping and a girl that I know the name but I'm not going to write this here, told me that they were selling only to people have a trade card. As I didn't have one I wasn't allowed to buy anything which is fine, I didn't know. But she said to me do to not worry, do my shopping just the price for me was different as i didn't have this trade card. I was so happy because she was let me in without no problems and I knew it I was paying more money of course.... But I needed a gift that I can buy only in place similar to this one. So I was doing my shopping and after 10min ish this girl started to looks nervous and she was walking around us checking in a very weird way but for me was fine, I mean I don't care if she want to check on us that's her job so I didn't say anything even if was a bit occured. Anyway only after 15 Min she came with a very RUDE way telling us to leave the place. I was a bit confused... I told her why she was letting me in 15 Min early ... So I didn't understand why I had to leave. And she was clearly so nervous and she was repeating again that they are selling to people have this card but sometimes they sell to normal customers but the shopping needs to be quick. I was so upset as I was in that place only 15 Min and literally I was even ready to pay as I was finished. So I told her that she wasn't clear when she told me to stay and the only thing was changed for me was the price without giving me any times restrictions. I'm still very confused about what's happened... Why you let me in...in a place where I can't stay and after 10min you just staring at me making me feel that pressure. Next time you have to be more clear saying to people like me that they have only 5min to do their shopping without trade card or you don't let me in. Which I think was better. I really would like speak with a manager about what's happened as I felt so sad about her attitude. That's not professional guys. Or you let me in or you not. I was ready to pay in 15min and there are camera where you can see that... I want to specify again that she told me to stay and buy my shopping with a differt price and she didn't give me any time restrictions. So what's happened? I really want to understand and I will contact a manager of the place as I felt so bad for all day about the attitude of that girl. And I still don't understand why this happened. Can someone contact me please? A manager if is possible.

great shop, plenty of choice. the assistant was so lovely and helpful and is a credit to her employers :)
